How to run an operating system from a flash drive.
The operating system used in this article is Ubuntu.  

Steps

1.To make flash drive as a hard disk drive you need to set your BIOS to boot off (from) a USB drive.



2.To install the operating system, you need to set your boot priority to CD then USB-HDD.(change boot priority in BIOS to boot from CD first,USB-HDD second)

3.Try disconnecting your hard-drive before you install the operating system on your flash drive.

  a. This leaves the operating system on the hard drive unaffected and also you don't get boot errors from      grub (Ubuntu's operating system loader) if the USB drive is not present.

4.Put your Ubuntu/ Operating System CD in drive and USB connected and boot computer.

5.Install operating system as usual (select the USB stick as the location you want to install windows). The bigger the USB drive the better.

6.In the case of Windows, the computer reboots. Go into BIOS at restart and change boot order to USB (first), CD (second), HDD (third), or with Intel system enable boot from USB.
With Ubuntu this step is not necessary.

7.Reconnect your hard drive. Once the operating system is installed and starts on reboot and everything is OK then turn off your computer, remove the power cord and reattach hard-drive cable(s).
 
   a. When your USB drive is plugged in, the computer should recognise it and boot from it.
   b. When your USB drive is disconnected, the computer should boot from hard-drive.

  1.Open the TASK MANAGER (BY PRESSING alt + ctrl + Delete TOGETHER).

  2.Go to processes click on memory usage to arrange in ascending/descending order.

  3.Find svchost.exe  ( There will be more than one svchost.exe) with maximum usage of memory.

  4.Kill it.........

  5. Now your pc or laptop will be free from slow working OR lagging.

If you forgot your windows 7 password and not interested in reinstalling Windows 7, try this method to break that password. Just remember to do this at your own risk.

 Windows 7 it's a "secure" operating system, but we have tools to hack it. Linux is more powerful. Below you will learn how to crack any Windows 7 account with Linux. You have OPH Crack, but sometimes doesn't work. What do we really need is a Linux interface.

1.You must have a CD with a Linux distribution (OPH Crack is the faster distribution);
 
2 Boot your PC with Linux.

 3When the system is ready, you must mount the C: volume.
  
 4.Go to file manager, enter on C: (where Windows is installed) and go to the following path 'C:\WINDOWS\System32'. When you're here you must cut the file 'sethc.exe' and put in another location of the disk.
 
 5.Now, in the System32 folder, rename 'cmd.exe' to 'sethc.exe'.

 6.Reboot the computer. When lobby starts (you must enter the user password) hit 5 times on Shift key

 


  7.The CMD prompt is now launched. enter the following command 'net user' to see the users and then the command to change the user password 'net user USERNAMEYOUWANTTOCHANGE NEWPASSWORDHERE'.
 
8.Close the prompt and enter the password. You're in the system.

   Boot from disc. This shouldn't be to hard. Depending on computer, enter the bios settings and change the boot settings to boot from a disc drive on first boot device.

   The logo screen should appear, at which you should hit enter. Text should scroll down the screen, and eventually you will have a graphical interface pop up, with the one and only window (Ophcrack).
